Green & Co Estate & Letting Agents is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

We aim for our website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We are aware that some areas of the site may not yet fully conform, and we are working to address these.

What we've done

• Semantic HTML structure with appropriate heading hierarchy
• ARIA labels and roles on interactive elements
• Alt text on images
• Sufficient colour contrast ratios
• Keyboard-navigable interface
• Text alternatives for non-text content
• Responsive design that works across device sizes

Known limitations

Some property search functionality and embedded maps may not be fully accessible to all assistive technologies. We are working with our software providers to improve this. Some older PDF documents (including tenancy agreements) may not be fully accessible.
