A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. We use as few as we can get away with, and nothing beyond the strictly necessary ones is set until you have chosen.

All three are strictly necessary: the site cannot take an enquiry without them. We do not currently run analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this page and the consent banner will change with it.
Changing your mind
Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer of any page to bring the banner back and change your choice. You can also clear cookies through your browser's settings at any time — the site will simply ask again on your next visit.
Third parties
Some links take you off this site — WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, our conveyancing partner and the PropertyFile portal. Those services set their own cookies under their own policies, which we do not control.
